GP3 room restarted due to 2 FA members d/c'ing and it being a 2v4.

+10 GP1 for Tifa's d/c

I know we had 57 GP1 and even with no d/c if we scored 57 it would have made it 57-99 that GP which would have resulted in a tie, but since Tifa d/c'd the full points couldn't have been scored meaning we have to have lost GP1 by less than 42 so no matter what we won war.
